REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
BANKING AND CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County School District 509-J (“The District”) is inviting qualified commercial banking institutions to submit proposals to provide banking and cash management services for not less than (3) years.
Information regarding specifications may be secured from the District, ATTN: Martha Bewley, Chief Financial Officer, mbewley@509j,net, 445 SE Buff Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. Solicitation documents will be available beginning January 20, 2016.
Sealed proposal must be received by the District by 5:00 p.m. Monday February 15, 2016.
The District reserves the right to: (1) reject any or all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures, (2) postpone an award of the contract for a period of time the District determines reasonable, (3) waive informalities in the bids, and/or (4) terminate this solicitation.
