CASE FILE NO.: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 001-16
ORENCO STATION APARTMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Hillsboro Planning Commission, at or shortly after 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, in the Shirley Huffman auditorium of the Hillsboro Civic Center, 150 East Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon. At this hearing, the Commission will consider a request for approval of a consolidated Planned Unit Development Application, a Development Review Application and a 2-parcel partition for the Orenco Station Apartments located on two properties totaling approximately 5.49 acres in size. In addition, a concurrent Cultural Resource Alteration application (Case File No. Cultural Resource Alteration 001-16) is proposed. The applicant also requests two minor adjustments with the Planned Unit Development to the required parking space dimensions. The property owner is the Pitman Living Trust and the applicant is Rob Morgan of ConAm Properties LLC, represented by Rachel Hedlof of NK Architects.
The subject property can be specifically identified as Tax Lots 9100 and 9200 on Washington County Assessor’s Tax Map 1N2-35BC and is generally located north of the MAX light rail line, south of NE Cherry Drive, and approximately 400 feet east of the intersection of NE Cherry Drive with NW 229th Avenue, immediately west of the Stonewater subdivision.
