INVITATION TO BID: PROVISION OF MCKAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADA UPGRADES

The Beaverton School District will receive Bids for ITB 16-0013 for the provision of McKay Elementary School ADA Upgrades: General Contractor (Lift). Bids shall be submitted to Linda Niman, Senior Construction Purchasing Agent at the Beaverton School District Facilities Development Main Portable, 16550 SW Merlo Road, Beaverton, Oregon 97003, not later than April 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM PDT in accordance with the Bid documents. Late proposals will not be accepted.
A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 PM March 24, 2016 at McKay Elementary School Front Entry-Reception, 7485 SW Scholls Ferry Road, Beaverton, OR 97008 Prospective Bidders are requested to register with ORPIN as an “interested Supplier” for this solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted March 16, 2016 at http://www.orpin.oregon.gov and www.beaverton.k12.or.us/depts/business/purchasing. This Contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
