NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jefferson County Education Service District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held at the ESD Office, 295 SE Buff Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on April 6, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after March 28, 2016 at the ESD Office, 295 SE Buff Street, Madras, Oregon between the hours of 8:30am-4:00pm, at the Budget Committee Meeting or online at http://www.jcesd.k12.or.us/.
