NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the County of Jefferson, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held at the Jefferson County Commission Meeting Room at 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 18th & 20th of April 2016 at 8:15 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 4, 2016 at the County Finance Office, 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Ste ‘E’, Madras, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Public comment will be taken at 8:15 a.m.
