Sealed personal services proposals for Engineering Design Services for Woodland Water Storage Tank Improvements, Project Number 250839 will be received at the City of Corvallis, Public Works Department, Corvallis, OR 97333.
The City is seeking a qualified proposer to provide design and construction services related to the interior and exterior re-coating of the City’s 125,000 gallon Woodland Third Level Water Storage Tank, as well as structural/ seismic assessment of the existing structure and the potential for design and construction services related to required structural upgrades. The successful proposing firm will provide: all analysis necessary for a complete design; cost estimates; life cycle cost analysis, construction plans; technical specifications; permit preparation and acquisition; bidding services; processing of requests for information (RFI); submittal review and approval; coordination and development of operation and maintenance manuals; and as-built drawings. The City, at its option, may also contract for inspection services during construction.
The Request for Proposal document may be examined or obtained for no charge prior to Wednesday, April 6, 2016, 3:00 pm from All Proposers are encouraged to be registered with Public Purchase and provide all contact information. Registration is free. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on March 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
Sealed proposals must be submitted to Tonya Fawver, Staff Assistant no later than April 6, 2016 at 3:00 pm at the City of Corvallis, Engineering Division, 1245 NE 3rd Street, Corvallis, OR 97330 or mailed to the City of Corvallis, Engineering Division, PO Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97339-1083. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read on April 6, 2016 at 3:00 pm at 1245 NE 3rd Street, Corvallis, OR 97330.
