NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Madras, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held in the City of Madras Council Chambers located at 125 S.W. “E” Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget document, hear the budget message, and to take questions and comments from the public regarding the budget. A copy of the budget document may be viewed or obtained on or after April 5, 2016 at the Madras City Hall, 125 S.W. “E” Street, Madras Oregon 97741, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at this meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
