Property to be sold:
A small tract consisting of approximately 604 square feet of vacant real property, known as “Tract C, Oswego Park Estates,” located at 2100 Wembley Place, Lake Oswego. #21E04CC00310
Reason for the proposed transaction:
If approved, the tract would be sold to the owner of abutting property who proposes to use it for street access for residential development. The City considers it appropriate to sell this vacant tract because it is not needed for a public purpose.

Time Limits on Testimony:
The purpose of time limits on testimony is to provide all interested persons with an adequate opportunity to present and respond to testimony while at the same time ensuring that the hearing can be conducted in an efficient and expeditious manner. The following time limits on testimony will be observed, but may be changed by the City Council:
* 5 minutes for a representative of a recognized neighborhood association, homeowner association, or government agency, or other incorporated public interest organization;
* 3 minutes for other persons.
