REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: USDA CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAMS
Proposals due: May 19, 2016 @ 3:00 pm
Seaside School District and Warrenton- Hammond School District, hereafter called the Local Educational Agencies (LEAs), are requesting written proposals for the administration of one or more USDA Child Nutrition Programs to operate and manage the school food service programs for the said LEAs for the school year 2016-2017. Specifications and information packets may be obtained from Justine Hill, Business Manager, Seaside School District, 1801 S Franklin Street, Seaside, Oregon 97138 or by calling (503)738-5591. Sealed proposals and supporting documentation (including pricing information) must be received by May 19, 2016 by 3:00 pm PDT. Late proposals or modifications will not be accepted.
