NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
HO2016-0001 (Bamboo Massage Therapy)
The applicant, Baorui Jia, DBA Bamboo Massage Therapy LLC, is seeking Home Occupation Two approval to operate a massage therapy practice out of her single family home. Customers may visit by appointment only with no more than 8 customers per day. The property is located at 5775 SW Main Avenue. The property is also described as Tax Lot 06700 on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S116DD. The total site is approximately 0.35 acres.
To be addressed in the staff report, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 1st, 2016. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Sections 22.214.171.124.C Home Occupation Two of the Beaverton Development Code.
Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, the Director shall issue a written decision on the above development application on or about Wednesday, June 8th, 2016.
