NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS: PROVIDE AND INSTALL CONTROL
Proposals due: May 17, 2016 @ 2:00 pm
Sealed, written Proposals addressed to Tillamook People’s Utility District and marked “Pre-Fabricated Control Building with Accessories Proposal” must be received by Wayne Greeson, Material/Purchasing Supervisor, at the office of Tillamook PUD, 1115 Pacific Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon 97141, no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time, May 17, 2016 (“Closing”). All Proposals will be publicly opened and read in the Carl Rawe Meeting room, located in the north wing of the District’s office, at 2:00 p.m., May 17, 2016. Proposals submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted or opened.
This contract is for a public works under ORS 279C. 800. Request for Proposal documents, including contract terms, conditions and specifications may be obtained by contacting Wayne Greeson, Material/ Purchasing Supervisor at (503) 815-8607 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a surety bond, an irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution, a cashier’s check or a certified check as bid security in an amount equal to 10 percent of the cost of services stated in the Proposal. All proposers are required to possess a current Construction Contractor Board license at the time of submittal and identify whether the bidder is a “resident bidder” for purposes of ORS 279A.120. All proposals shall include a statement that bidder will comply with all applicable State and Federal prevailing wage requirements.
The Board reserves the right to reject for good cause any or all Proposals.
