NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
EXT2016-0002 Goodwill Cedar Hills Administrative Offices – Time Extension
The applicant is seeking a first time extension for a previously approved Design Review application for Goodwill Cedar Hills Administrative Offices (city case file # DR2014-0052). Design Review approval recognizes construction of a two-story office building at approximately 17,748 square feet in size. No changes to the originally approved project are proposed. In approving the time extension, the new Design Review expiration date would be August 4, 2018.
The property is generally located on the north side SW Westgate Drive, east of SW Cedar Hills Boulevard, south and west of SW Hall Boulevard. The property address is 12975 SW Westgate Drive. The property is also described as Tax Lot 3500 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S1-08DD. The size of the property is approximately two acres. The property is also located within a FEMA designated 100-year floodplain.

A copy of all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, and applicable criteria are available for review at the Beaverton Planning Division, 4th floor, Beaverton Building 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue.
