AKINS, as Grantor, to FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURA, as Trustee, in favor of WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Beneficiary, dated 10/5/2009, recorded 10/9/2009, as Instrument No. 200916198, in the Official Records of Yamhill County, Oregon, which covers the following described real property situated in Yamhill County, Oregon: LOT 2, BLOCK 65, ORIGINAL TOWN OF LAFAYETTE, YAMHILL COUNTY, OREGON. APN: R4401DD 01604 // 454109 Commonly known as: 147 W 8TH STREET LAFAYETTE, OR 97127The current beneficiary is: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the above-described real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust and notice has been recorded pursuant to ORS 86.752(3). The default for which the foreclosure is made is due to the failure of the borrower to maintain the property as their principle residence.
