The City of St Helens seeks proposals from companies located in & around the City of St. Helens Oregon interested in providing Information Technology Services. We encourage companies to submit the most comprehensive proposal possible offering the highest quality of service and enhancement to improve our management of information technologies. We are also interested in various technological advances that could improve our capabilities.
We are seeking proposals for Information Technology Services to ensure that the City of St. Helens has available to it the appropriate spectrum of services and will be the recipient of quality service. We encourage you to be creative and educational in your response. Include information about any community involvement and the dedicated resources for serving the public sector. While your format must be consistent with the requirements of the RFP, if you believe there is additional information that would be beneficial to us, there is a section at the end where you can provide such information.
The City will review RFP for pricing and service in addition to comparing costs with hiring an additional FTE to manage our IT services around the City. If we choose to stay with an outside vendor, we intend to establish a 1-year contract, with the option to renew annually. The city can cancel the contract for any reason with sixty (60) days written notice.
