PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
You are receiving this Public Hearing notice as required by City of Madras Ordinance No 864. A Public Hearing before the City of Madras Planning Commission has been scheduled to receive testimony and comments regarding the Subdivision application (File #: SD-16-1) submitted by the City of Madras. The subject properties are located in Township 10, Range 13, Section 26D on Tax Lots 2700, 2800 and 2800 A-1. The property is zoned Airport Development (AD). The applicant proposes to divide two existing parcels into four parcels.
STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA:
These land use applications will be reviewed using the criteria for subdivision approval in the following sections of the City of Madras Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision Ordinance No. 713, Zoning Ordinance No. 864 and Oregon Revised Statues, Chapter 92. A staff report to the Planning Commission, with recommendations based on these criteria, will be available at the Community Development Department no less than 15 days prior to the hearing.

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR, BE HEARD, BE REPRESENTED BY COUNSEL, OR SEND WRITTEN SIGNED TESTIMONY. ALL WRITTEN REPLIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY RECORDER PRIOR TO THE HEARING DATE OR SUBMITTED AT THE HEARING.
Failure to raise an issue in person at the hearing or in writing precludes appeal by that person to the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA). Failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue.
