The St. Helens School District requests proposals from qualified firms for post-bond construction project management and owner’s representative services in conjunction with construction and renovation projects. The District has placed a $49.6 million bond measure before its voters in the November 8, 2016 election for district-wide repairs and upgrades, additions and renovations to the high school, and construction of a new middle school and alternative high school on pre-existing sites.

The St. Helens School District may reject any proposal not in compliance with prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon a finding of the St. Helens School District that it is in the public interest to do so.
