Douglas County, Oregon is requesting statement of qualifications (SOQ) from consultants qualified to perform Independent Consultant services for assistance in and for preparation of a Potential Failure Modes Analysis (PFMA) Review and performance of its 6th Part 12 Independent Consultant Safety Inspection and Report on the Galesville Hydroelectric Project.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved Independent Consultant to provide professional services to complete a FERC Part 12 Inspection and Report for the Galesville Dam Hydroelectric Project.
This RFQ is intended to provide interested consultants with sufficient information to prepare and submit a SOQ for consideration by the County. The County intends to select the most qualified consultant based on the evaluation of SOQ submitted in response to this RFQ. The County will not reimburse offerors for any costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of their SOQ.

The deadline for submittal of a SOQ is by 5:00 p.m. October 21, 2016. A SOQ received after the deadline will not be considered. The submittal address for the SOQ is Douglas County Board of Commissioners, 1036 SE Douglas Avenue, Courthouse Room 217, Roseburg, Oregon 97470
