INVITATION TO BID: MINTO BROWN PARK, PHASE 1 – TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS SALEM, OR Bids due: September 6, 2016 @ 2:30 pm The Contracts and Procurement Manager of the City of Salem will receive sealed bids at the Contracts and Procurement Division, 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 330, City Hall, Salem, Oregon 97301, between the hours of 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1 p.m.-5 p.m., but not after 2:30 p.m., (Local Time) Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Works Conference Room 325, City Hall, for the project specified herein. Electronic bids will not be accepted. WORK DESCRIPTION: Work consists of pulverizing, widening, and paving approximately 12,000 feet of existing trails. This project includes several trail segments, and has specific schedule requirements. PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS: Bidders may obtain these bid documents by registering on the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) website and downloading them. Bidders shall consult the ORPIN system regularly until closing date and time to avoid missing any notices. To register on ORPIN go to http://orpin. oregon.gov/open.dll/welcome. The City shall advertise all Addenda on ORPIN. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for checking ORPIN to determine whether or not any Addenda have been issued. Bid documents will not be mailed to prospective bidders. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: No pre-Bid conference is scheduled for this project.
