INVITATION TO BID: NORTH 13TH AVENUE STORMLINE PROJECT CORNELIUS, OR Bids due: August 29, 2016 @ 2:00 pm City of Cornelius is soliciting sealed bids for the North 13th Avenue Stormline Project located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon. Sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Cornelius, Oregon until 2:00 PM PDT on Monday, August 29, 2016 at the City of Cornelius, City Hall, 1355 N. Barlow Street, Cornelius, OR, 97113. Bidders must complete and submit, in a sealed envelope, the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Monday, August 29, 2016. Work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor required to replace approximately 600 feet of storm sewer on N. 13th Avenue in accordance with the bid documents. The project is financed by City of Cornelius stormwater funds and is subject to BOLI prevailing wage requirements.
