INVITATION TO BID: WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS – PHASE 1 – WELL NO. 5 PUMP STATION AND RESERVOIR – 2016/2017 ISLAND CITY, OR Bids due: November 17, 2016 @ 2:00 pm City of Island City, Oregon 10605 Island Avenue Island City, Oregon 97850 The City of Island City, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Water System Improvements – Phase 1 – Well No. 5 Pump Station and Reservoir – 2016/2017. The Work for this Project involves, but is not limited to, construction of the Well No. 5 booster pump station, construction of a 500,000-gallon water storage reservoir, and all Work required to provide a complete and operational booster pump station and water storage reservoir. The Work represents a revised portion of the Project previously bid in June 2016. The Contract Time for this Project is 120 calendar days. Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of Island City, at City Hall at 10605 Island Avenue, Island City, Oregon 97850, until 2:00 p.m., local time, November 17, 2016, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded in part through USDA Rural Development.
