REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 3241: METRO PREPARATION OF DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT PORTLAND, OR Proposals due: October 27, 2016 @ 2:00 pm Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Southwest Corridor Light Rail Project. The consultant will be responsible for overall coordination and management of the consultant effort in the technical analysis for the environmental impact statement analysis, and the preparation of the Southwest Corridor Light Rail Project DEIS document. There are four broad task areas that will provide the structure for the various individual topically defined analyses for this scope of work: Traffic and Transportation Analysis Social, Economic and Environmental Analysis Preparation and presentation of DEIS documentation and supporting documentation Project management and strategic advice A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held in Room 370A at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, Oregon on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. October 27, 2016 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3241.
