INVITATION TO BID: KALAMA FALLS HATCHERY BROODSTOCK MODIFICATIONS PHASE 2 OLYMPIA, WA Bids due December 14, 2016 @ 2:00 pm Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 600 Capitol Way North, Olympia, Washington, and then and there be publicly opened and read. This Public Works Project is subject to prevailing wage requirements per RCW 39.12.020. PROJECT: Kalama Falls Hatchery Broodstock Modifications Phase 2 NUMBER: CZ:H28:15-1 Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to construct the following: Phase 2 improvements and expansion. Major work components include extension of the fish ladder constructed in Phase 1, a contractor-designed fish sorting metal building structure with a fish lift and electro-anesthesia device, a contractor – designed structural steel spawning shed, demolition and reconstruction of adult fish ponds, a reuse water distribution box with pumps and owner-supplied packed columns, a water distribution box supplying the adult ponds, water supply lines associated with the new and existing distribution boxes, fish pond drainage lines, site electrical and mechanical, fencing, and grading and paving at the Department’s Kalama Falls Hatchery, located at 3900 Kalama River Road, Kalama, Washington, 98625, Cowlitz County.
