INVITATION TO BID: SE 122ND AVE & 132ND AVE: SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS CLACKAMAS COUNTY, OR Bids due: December 14, 2016 @ 2:00 pm Notice is hereby given that Clackamas County, through its Board of County Commissioners, will open sealed bids in the Office of the Procurement Division Director for the SE 122ND AVE & 132ND AVE: SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS BID OPENING December 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM SUBCONTRACTOR LISTS DUE December 14, 2016 at 4:00 PM No bids will be received or considered after the time of closing. The Clackamas County Department of Transportation and Development is requesting bids to construct sidewalk improvements to SE 122nd Avenue and SE 132nd Avenue. The improvements include, but are not limited to excavation, storm drainage infrastructure, small retaining wall structures, paving, pervious concrete sidewalk, driveway connections and performing additional and incidental work as called by the specifications and plans. To perform work, Bidders must be prequalified with Clackamas County in the class of Earthwork and Drainage (EART). Bid packets will be available for pick up, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday at Clackamas County Procurement, Clackamas County Public Services Building, 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, OR 97045, or via email request through procurement@clackamas.us. Requests may also be made by calling 503-742-5444. Sealed bids are to be sent to George Marlton – Procurement Division Director at the Kaen Road address.
