REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES PORTLAND, OR Proposals due: December 14, 2016 @ 2:00 pm David Douglas School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Telecommunication Services. The District is seeking to enter into a contract with a single provider. The District Business Office is the sole point of contact in the District for this selection process. The RFP documents may be obtained after 1 p.m., Monday, November 21, 2016. Proposers who attend the closing will be informed only of the names of the proposers submitting qualifications. No other information will be made available at this time. The District reserves the right to reject any qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all qualifications upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so. No qualifications will be received or considered by the District unless the bid contains a statement as to whether the Proposer is a resident bidder.
