REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES PORTLAND, OR Proposals due: January 5, 2017 @ 2:00 pm The David Douglas School District is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced design professionals for Architectural Services For Design and Construction Of District-Wide General Building Capital Maintenance And Improvements with the intent of entering into a contract with one (or more) qualified firms. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be conducted Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at 2:30 p.m., at the David Douglas School District Administrative Offices located at 11300 NE Halsey St, Portland, OR 97220. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the District’s expectations and to answer questions. Proposals may be obtained after 1 p.m., Monday, November 21, 2016. Proposals will be publicly accepted in the Business Department until 2 p.m., Thursday, January 5, 2017. Proposers who attend the closing will be informed only of the names of the proposers submitting proposals. No other information will be made available at this time. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so. No proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the bid contains a statement as to whether the Proposer is a resident bidder.
