NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT ISSUANCE The City of Beaverton intends to issue a site development permit for the proposed Hotel & Restaurant project. The site (11325 SW Canyon Road) at the northeast corner of SW Canyon Road and SW 114th Avenue is within the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) designated 100-year floodplain of Hall Creek. The work proposed consists of soil excavation, minor grading, pathway construction, new fencing, and site restoration that may affect flood waters during large storm events. Written appeals, based solely on anticipated adverse effects of this work, may be filed with the City Recorder on or before 5:00 PM, PST, Monday, December 19, 2016. This notice is intended to meet the requirements of Beaverton City Code, Section 9.05.085.
