REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ADAPTIVE REUSE AND ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF ONE OR TWO VACANT CITY BUILDINGS WITHIN WEST LINN, OREGON Notice is hereby given that the City of West Linn, through its Surplus Property Task Force (Task Force) will receive submittals until 5:00 p.m. Thursday February 16, 2017 in the Office of Parks and Recreation, 22500 Salamo Road #1100, West Linn, Oregon 97068 for: DEVELOPMENT/MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS CONCEPTS for the OLD BOLTON FIRE STATION LOCATED at 6000 FAILING STREET, WEST LINN and/or the OLD CITY HALL/POLICE STATION LOCATED at 22825 WILLAMETTE DRIVE, WEST LINN. AVAILABLE TO CIVIC GROUPS WITHIN WEST LINN or PARTIES EXPERIENCED in ADAPTIVE REUSE of HISTORIC BUILDINGS, NON-PROFIT or PRIVATE SECTOR DEVELOPERS, PUBLIC-PRIVATE TEAMS and/or OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. These two City-owned vacant buildings have remained unused for several years and the Task Force is soliciting informational submittals to assist in developing plans for the buildings that are in the best interest of the public to take to the City Council.
