The adaptive reuse project includes the interior remodeling of two existing buildings to accommodate a secure 23-bed inpatient adolescent mental health and substance use disorder treatment facility that operates 24/7. Adolescents 13-17 years of age will receive care for 14-21 days. A variance has been requested to acknowledge the western side yard setback of the south building is not met.
