INTENT TO NEGOTIATE: CONTRACT OFFERED BY UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL FOR PURCHASE AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PORTLAND, OR Comments due: January 13, 2017 TriMet has received an unsolicited proposal to purchase 2.15 acres in the southern half of its SE Fuller Rd Park and Ride site, located at 9608 SE Fuller Road in Clackamas. The proposal would pay TriMet fair market value for the site and construct an apartment development with approximately 130 affordable housing units at no more than 60 percent of median family income.
