NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL (Legislative – LOC 50.07.003.16.e) Hearing Date, Time, and Location: Tuesday, January 3, 2017; 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 380 A Avenue Lake Oswego, OR 97034 File Numbers: LU 16-0042 (Ordinance 2726) Applicant: City of Lake Oswego Nature of Application and Proposed Legislative Amendments: A request from the City of Lake Oswego on behalf of the Evergreen Neighborhood Association, for amendments to the Evergreen R-7.5 Overlay District Code (LOC 50.05.002). On November 14, 2016, the Planning Commission made a recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments. The record of the proceedings for LU 16-0042 can be found on the City’s website at: http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/projects (Under Search enter LU 16-0042, then press Submit) Amendments would be implemented through the adoption of Ordinance 2726, which will be considered at the public hearing. The title of the ordinance is as follows: Ordinance No. 2726 An ordinance of the City of Lake Oswego amending the Evergreen R-7.5 Overlay District (LOC 50.05.002) to prohibit additional building height allowances and make corrections (LU 16-0042). Copies of the Ordinance will be available from the City Recorder one week before the hearing.
