Notice of Public Hearing

JEFFERSON SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On January 9, 2017 at 6:30 PM the Jefferson School District Board of Directors will hold a public hearing and sit as the contract review board to consider the request of the Jefferson School District for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements of ORS 279C.335(1), pursuant to ORS 279C.335(2), to engage in an alternate contracting method for the project known as the Jefferson School District Capital Construction. The public hearing will be for the purpose of taking comments on the Jefferson School District’s draft findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement pursuant to ORS 279C.335(2). Copies of the draft findings are available from the Jefferson School District’s Administration Office between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, 1328 North 2nd Street, Jefferson, Oregon 97352 Published Jan. 3, 2017.
