INVITATION TO BID: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOC REMODEL PROJECT TUALATIN, OR Bids due January 31, 2017 @ 2:00 pm 1.01 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms will be received by Anthony Vandenberg, Project Manager of West Linn – Wilsonville School District, at the District Operations Center, 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon 97062, until 2:00 PM local time, January 31 2017 for the general construction of the DOC Remodel Project. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for receiving bids will be returned, unopened. General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form within the time frame indicated below. 1.02 BIDDING DOCUMENTS Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract including General Renovation Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Technology work for the DOC Remodel Project located at 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, OR 97062. Bona fide Prequalified General Bidders may obtain one set free of charge, after 2 p.m. January 9, 2017, at Willamette Print and Blueprint; 3461 NW Yeon Ave., Portland, OR 97210; (503-223-5011. Plan holders will also have access to digital documents at Willamette Print and Blueprint at the same location. Should a bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, he may obtain them by paying the cost of the reproduction thereof, plus handling and mailing costs, with no refund for the additional sets or parts thereof. Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. No interest will be paid on bid security. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279.031. 1.05 DISCLOSURE FORM All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279.027, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 – First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form under the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders.
