NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following application is being provided: Carl’s Jr and Human Bean at TV Hwy and Murray Blvd (DR2016-0139) The applicant, Pacific Development Ventures, requests approval for a Design Review Two application for the construction of two new drive-through restaurant buildings. The proposed buildings will be approximately 2953 square feet and 1419 square feet. The site is located at 14495 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy., just north of the SW Murray Blvd. intersection, and can be specifically described as Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S116BB, Tax Lot 2900. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way. To be addressed in the staff report, written comments should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, February 10, 2017. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Community Development Department Director, who will review the proposal in accordance with the approval criteria contained in Section 40.03 (Facilities Review) and Section (Design Review Two) of the Beaverton Development Code.
