RESCHEDULED NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Beaverton Planning Commission’s previously scheduled work session on January 18, 2017 has been rescheduled to February 22, 2017. The City will conduct a work session at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. and the Planning Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting of Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the work sessions are to discuss the proposed Text Amendment to Chapters 20, 40, 60, and possibly other chapters. Proposed amendments include; minimum floor area ratios in multiple-use zoning districts, Design Review Build out Concept Plans, design standards related to primary entrances, drive-throughs in RC-TO and RC-OT zones, residential care facilities in the RC-TO and RC-OT zones, and live/work units in the RC-TO and RC-OT zones, shared parking requirements, and traffic impact analysis requirements.. The work session will inform the Text Amendment to be brought forth by staff for adoption.
