REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BEER GARDEN CONCESSION OPERATION WEST LINN OLD TIME FAIR Notice is hereby given that the City of West Linn will receive submittals until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in the Office of Parks and Recreation, 22500 Salamo Road #1100, West Linn, Oregon 97068 for: The City of West Linn, Old Time Fair is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified individual or group of individuals to operate a beer garden concession under a multi-year agreement beginning at the 2017 Old Time Fair, July 14-16, 2017. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation for qualified vendors to submit proposals to operate a beer garden concession on an exclusive basis for the days of the Fair. The Proposer shall demonstrate the ability to perform in this type of event and clearly articulate achievable plans for operation. The Old Time Fair goals are to: 1. Provide the public with the best and most satisfactory service from the Concession 2. Ensure a legal, safe and responsible person or group operate within the law 3. Ensure that the Old Time Fair receives adequate and appropriate compensation from the operator in return for the opportunity.
