INVITATION TO BID: HARMON CONSTRUCTION BAY AREA HOSPITAL – RAPID MEDICAL EVALUATION PROJECT COOS BAY, OR Bids due: February 21, 2017 @ 2:00 pm Notice is hereby given that Sub-Bid proposals for Bay Area Hospital – Rapid Medical Evaluation project will be received by Harmon Construction Company, 61393 Highway 101, Coos Bay, Oregon, 97420, until bid closing time of 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Sub-Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. There will be no public opening of Sub-Bids. Sub-Bids will be opened in the presence of the Owner or Owner’s Representative. A non-mandatory walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 11a.m. at the main third floor lobby. The overall project consists of an approximately 1,573 sq. ft. remodel to the existing Bay Area Hospital Evaluation area. Work for Bid Package includes: 1) Electrical, 2) HVAC, 3) Acoustical Ceilings, 4) Plumbing, 5)Floor Covering, 6) Drywall, 7) Other work as shown. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for complete Summary of Work. No Sub-Bid will be considered unless the Sub-Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS 701.035 to 701.055. The contractor reserves the right to reject any and all Sub-Bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection there with. No Sub-Bidder may withdraw his Sub-Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof until the lapse of thirty (30) days from the bid opening.
