DOUGLAS COUNTY PARKS DEPARTMENT WINDY COVE B OFFICE & CABIN REPLACEMENT Bids due: March 28, 2017 @ 4:00 pm ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDs #113 Douglas County, Oregon is receiving bids for Pre-Manufactured Structures at Windy Cove B, located in Winchester Bay, Oregon per specifications contained in the bid documents. If a bidder wishes to examine the work site or has any pre-bid questions and concerns, they are encouraged to contact Rocky Houston, the Contract Administrator. If project is a construction projection: No bid will be received or considered unless the bidder is either registered with the Construction Contractor’s Board pursuant to ORS Chapter 701 or will be engaging a contractor who is registered with the Construction Contractors Board pursuant to ORS Chapter 701. A license to perform landscaping work issued by the State Landscape Contractors Board is not required. A license for abatement of asbestos issued pursuant to ORS 468.720 et seq. is not required. No paper set of project documents will be made available. Bids must be in writing and delivered to the Board of County Commissioners in Courthouse Room 217, 1036 SE Douglas Avenue, Roseburg, Oregon no later than 4:00 PM on March 28, 2017. Bids received after 4:00 PM will not be received or considered. The Board of County Commissioners will open and read bids in a public meeting in Room 216 of the Courthouse on March 29, 2017 at 9:00 AM. After opening of the bids, bids will be available for public inspection.
