NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Meadowview Service District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 will be held at 230 Strand Street, Room 308, St. Helens, OR 97051. The meeting will take place on the 19th day of April, 2017 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and budget document, receive public comment on the budget and to discuss the budget document. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 17, 2017, at the finance office at 230 Strand Street, St. Helens, OR between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M Monday through Thursday. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
