FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A WATER MASTER PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hillsboro (COH or City) is requesting proposals for Professional Engineering Services to perform an update of the City’s existing Water Master Plan. The City desires to enter into a professional services contract with a qualified individual or firm who can demonstrate competency and experience in Water Master Planning, including water supply and water distribution planning and modeling services. Proposals received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, starting at 10:00 AM in the main conference room # 333, of the City of Hillsboro Water Department, 3rd floor 150 E.
