NOTICE OF LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION: TRANSIT MASTER PLAN Planning Commission: On Wednesday, May 10, 2017 beginning at 6:00 p.m., the Wilsonville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding adoption of the Transit Master Plan (Case File # LP17-0003). The Planning Commission will consider whether to recommend adoption of the amendment to the City Council. No additional mailed notice will be sent to you unless you either: Submit testimony or sign in at the Planning Commission hearing, or Submit a request, in writing or by telephone, to the Planning Division. City Council: The date of the City Council Hearing for the Transit Master Plan is to be determined. The hearings will take place at Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon. A complete copy of the relevant file information, including the staff report, findings, and recommendations, will be available for viewing seven days prior to each public hearing at Wilsonville City Hall and at the Wilsonville Public Library. Summary of Proposal: Transit Master Plan The 2017 Transit Master Plan, upon adoption, will replace the current Transit Master Plan, adopted in 2008. As a sub-set of the City’s Transportation System Plan, the Transit Master Plan is intended to guide future planning and investment in Wilsonville’s public transit system – South Metro Area Regional Transit. How to Comment Oral or written testimony may be presented at the public hearing. Written comment on the proposal to be submitted into the public hearing record is welcome prior to the public hearings. To have your written comments or testimony distributed to the Planning Commission before the meeting, it must be received by 2 pm on May 2nd.
