PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: 113th Avenue Subdivision, Case ID Number SUB2016-00011/SLR 2016-00008 has been appealed and will be heard by the Hearings Officer at 7:00 p.m. on May 22, 2017 in the Town Hall of the Tigard Civic Center at 13525 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, Oregon 97223. Public oral or written testimony is invited. The public hearing on this matter will be held under Title 18 and the rules of procedure set forth in Section 18.390.050. The Hearings Officer review is for the purpose of making a decision on the appeal request. NOTICE OF HEARING TO APPEAL 113th Avenue Subdivision SUBDIVISION (SUB) 2016-00011 SENSITIVE LANDS REIVEW (SLR) 2016-00008 REQUEST: Notice of intent to appeal the Director’s decision approving the applicant’s proposed Subdivision for a 29-lot subdivision on a three parcel, 7.37-acre site located approximately 700 feet south of SW Durham Road on both sides of SW 113th Avenue. Lot size ranges from 5,008 to 8,546 square feet. Two drainage ways cross the development site, requiring sensitive lands review for their protection and mitigation. LOCATION: South of Durham at 16285, 16325, and 16380 SW ll3th Ave; Washington County Tax Map 2S115AB, Tax Lots 01500, 01400, and 00500. ZONE: R-7: Medium-Density Residential District. APPLICABLE REVIEW CRITERIA: Community Development Code Chapters 18.390, 18.430, 18.510, 18.705, 18.715, 18.745, 18.765, 18.775, 18.790, 18.795 and 18.810.
