NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING: On TUESDAY, June 6, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Beaverton Building, located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon, the City Council of the City of Beaverton will consider an ordinance approving the following proposed amendments. CPA2017-0001/ZMA2017-003, 5225 SW LAURELWOOD AVE. LAND USE AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS. This proposal is to amend the City Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and Zoning Map to designate one parcel that is being concurrently annexed into the City of Beaverton with City land use and zoning designations. The property is addressed as 5225 SW Laurelwood Avenue, and is identified as Tax Lot 300 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S113CB. The property is currently designated Washington County R5 land use and zoning. This designation will change to Beaverton Urban Standard Density (R-7) Zoning and Neighborhood Residential Standard Density (NR-SD) Land Use Designation. Specific criteria for the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment are contained in Section 1.5.2 of the Comprehensive Plan.
