NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: DI2017-0001 & LLD2017-0001 Bryant Remnant Parcels The applicant, NW Engineers LLC, seeks a Director’s Interpretation and Legal Lot Determination to determine the legal status of two remnant parcels located along Murray Blvd. The site is located at 155 & 185 SW Murray Blvd, Tax Lots 08300 & 08400 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S104BA. The site is within the R7 Residential Urban Standard Density District 7,000 (R7) zoning district and within the Five Oaks/Triple Creek Neighborhood Association Committee. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of the Beaverton Development Code: and Director’s Interpretation and Legal Lot Determination applications do not require a Facilities Review Meeting. However, should the applicant or city request it, the Facilities Review Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2017. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2017 in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday July 19, 2017 pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
