NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF FOREST GROVE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forest Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, in the Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, Forest Grove, to review the following proposal: Appellant: Desi Kurtz Location: 2443 26th Avenue (Washington County tax lot 1N3 31BD-2402) Request: Appeal of the Planning Commission’s denial of a land division (partition) to create three parcels of 3,750, 4,691 and 6,215 square feet respectively; and of an adjustment to the lot frontage requirement. Development Code (DC) 10.8.905(F)(2) requires that each flag lot have at least 15 feet of frontage onto a public street.
