NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Happy Valley Design Review Board Notice is hereby given that the City of Happy Valley Design Review Board will hold a public hearing on the following date in regard to the application described herein: Date & Time: Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Hearing Location: City Hall, 16000 SE Misty Drive, Happy Valley, OR 97086 File & Subject: File No. DR-09-17 (104-Bed Residential Care Facility) Proposal: Major Design Review of a 104-bed residential care facility, a 54-stall parking lot, drive aisle/ maneuvering area, and associated landscaped/ hardscaped areas. The applicant and any person who submits written comments shall receive notice of the decision. The failure of the applicant to raise constitutional or other issues relating to proposed conditions of approval with sufficient specificity to allow the Design Review Board to respond to the issue precludes an action for damages in circuit court.
