RE-NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following application is being provided: Beaverton High School Concessions and Site Modifications (CU2017-0008 and DR2017-0045) The applicant, Beaverton School District, seeks Minor Modification of a Conditional Use and Design Review Compliance Letter approval for the construction of three small storage buildings, proposed to be located behind the existing east grand stands, and renovations to the existing concessions stand/washroom building located along SW Erickson Avenue. The proposal also includes the modification of landscaping and pedestrian circulation areas on site. The subject site is approximately 18.32 acres. The site is located at 13000 SW 2nd Street, between SW Farmington Road to the north and SW 5th Street south and between SW Erickson Avenue to the west and SW Stott Avenue to the east. The site is also described as Tax Lot 10900, on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S116AD. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of Development Code of the Beaverton: 40.03 Facilities Review and Design Review Compliance Letter (Type 1) and Minor Modification of a Conditional Use. The Facilities Review Committee Meeting with the applicant will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2017. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, September 20, 2017, pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
