REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION FOR URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF CITY OF LINCOLN CITY DELAKE UNDERGROUND PROJECT, PROJECT COST ESTIMATE – $3,000,000 LINCOLN CITY, OR Proposals due: October 5, 2017 @ 2:00 pm The Urban Renewal Agency of City of Lincoln City is requesting proposals for the design and construction of the Delake Under grounding Project. The project is located at Hwy 101 and D-River. The proposed work is to underground all aerial lines between NW 2nd Drive and SW Ebb Street. The work will also include placing these lines under D-River. Proposals will be received by Finance Department, PO Box 50, 801 SW Hwy 101 – City Hall, 3rd Floor Information Desk, Lincoln City, OR 97367 until 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the 5th day of October, 2017. Late Proposals will not be accepted. Within two working hours of the bid closing time, Proposers must submit the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form. Submittal of proposals shall be in a sealed envelope with identification plainly marked on the outside including project name, bid date, and time, Proposal and Certificate of Residency and Proposer’s name. Each Proposal must be submitted on the forms prescribed by the Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) Proposers are not to contact the Agency or Project Manager to obtain Proposal Documents. Proposal documents shall be obtained from ARC, Pacific Northwest Region, Oregon Division (ARC/Oregon) for the cost of reproduction and delivery, if needed.
