CURRENT DATE: 09/07/17 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber located in Lake Oswego City Hall at 380 A Avenue on Monday, September 25, 2017, 6:30 p.m. The Commission will consider LU 17-0024, a request from the City of Lake Oswego for a proposed amendments to the Zoning Map and Comprehensive Plan Map. For 1770 Ridgecrest Drive : The City is proposing a zone change for the front portion of the property which is currently zoned R-10 and the rear portion which is currently zoned R-15 to a uniform Zoning Map designation of R-15 to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Map designation of R-15 over the entire property. For 1774 Ridgecrest Drive: The City is proposing to change the Zoning and Comprehensive Plan designation for the front portion of the property which is currently zoned R-10 and the rear portion which is currently zoned R-15 to a uniform Zoning Map and Comprehensive Plan Map designation of R-10. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Planning & Building Services Department at City Hall. Since the time allowed for public testimony is limited, you are urged to review the record and be thoroughly familiar with it if you plan to testify. NOTE: Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, in person or by letter accompanied by statements or evidence sufficient to afford the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the City Council and the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) based on that issue.
