Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: TP2017-0012 (Laurelwood Partition Tree Plan) The applicant is seeking Tree Plan Two approval to remove one (1) tree from the subject site, which is designated as a significant grove according to the City tree inventory as identified in (Significant Grove NX-15). The address of the site is 4300 SW Laurelwood Avenue is also described as tax lot 10001 of Washington County’s Tax Assessors tax map 1S113BA. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the City of Beaverton Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building/City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue by the comment closing date of October 18, 2017, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Tree Plan Two: Beaverton Development Code Section Within approximately fourteen (14) calendar days after the comment closing date of October 18, 2017, the Director shall issue a written decision on the application to the applicant, the property owner, the NAC in which the subject property is located, and interested parties that submitted written comments prior to or on the comment closing date.
