REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES 726 NE 7TH STREET PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT NUMBER: LB 6328 GRANTS PASS, OR Qualifications due: November 1, 2017 @ 4:00 pm Introduction: The City of Grants Pass (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for the Public Safety Building Renovation, located at 724 N.E. 7th Street, Grants Pass, Oregon. The City has budgeted for upgrading this facility to become the main office of the Public Safety Department. The total funds available for this project are $4.5 million. All design, construction and incidental costs must be included within this fixed budget. The N.E. 7th Street Station will be classified as an essential facility under the Oregon Structural Specialty Code. Forms and more information are available at .
